Training

Accredited courses:

Accredited training packages, such as IOSH, CIEH and BOHS, are delivered in accordance with procedures laid down by the awarding bodies.  These courses are verified by the governing bodies and certificates are therefore issued by them.  

Written examinations may be in the form of multiple choice question papers, written assessments or projects.  Practical assessments are also required as part of the BOHS asbestos training courses.  Both the written and practical parts of the BOHS assessments need to be passed to gain the Proficiency Certificate in the specific module.

ALS accredited courses:

ALS provides its own certificated courses, including DSE, Train the Manual Handling Trainer, Manual Handling Techniques, Confined Space Hazard Awareness and Health & Safety Awareness.

All of our general Health and Safety training courses are certificated by ALS, which may entail successful completion of a written assessment.  Course material is held on file for scrutiny, if required.
