The contract for advisory services includes:

• Entitlement to designate Adamson Laboratory Services as the “competent person” to assist with health and safety measures as required by the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999..
• An agreed number of days for consultancy or training spread over each contract year, on such work as the client may require.
• Access to telephone/e-mail advice on an unlimited number of occasions.
• Assistance with sourcing safety supplies and services.
• Priority over non-contract clients.
• Annual fees invoiced in equal quarterly instalments, regardless of when the allocation of consultancy time is actually used. Minimum initial term is two years.
• Framed “Certificate of Appointment”
